Director Balaji Sakthivel says it is more difficult to sustain success than to taste success itself. The success of 'Kaadhal' has given great expectations from a film by him, so he is carefully chiseling every aspect of his new film 'Kalloori.'

Tamanna is the heroine. Most others are expected to be newcomers. Newcomer Akhil is the hero. Stills of college books and lunch boxes are being used for publicity. Not even a single still with an actor or actress has been released till now.

A major part of the success of 'Kaadhal' went to all those who did small character roles too. The same holds good in 'Kalloori' too. Apart from the hero and heroine, others who would create a stir include newcomers Hema, Balamurugan, Rajeswari, Maya Reddy, Arun Kumar, Sailatha and Prakash.

The cinematographer is also a newcomer. Chezhian is popular in literary circles. He is knowledgeable about world cinema. We believe they would make 'Kalloori' a world class film!
